Complaint to Lokayukta against Siddaramaiah
A complaint has been submitted to the Lokayukta against former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah for denotification of government property and misuse of power to favor influential builders.
Former president of BBMP ruling party NR Ramesh, Siddaramaiah and retired senior IAS officer Shyam Bhatt have complained to the Lokayukta.
NR Ramesh, Siddaramaiah violated the law when he was in power. 200 crores of Rs. He alleged that he helped influential builders by denotifying valuable government assets.
Siddaramaiah has been accused of illegally denotifying government property under the name of Re-Do under the influence of an influential builder's money. 02 Acres 39 ½ Guntas of Survey No. 27/1, 28/4, 28/5 and 28/6 of Lal Bagh Siddhapur Village (now Jayanagar 1st Block) of Kasaba Hobali, Bangalore South Taluk for about Rs.200 Crores. for A private builder named Ashok Dhariwal, who is a builder, has illegally acquired the valuable government property as per the BDA master plan as a park and public use space.
Later, Ashok Dhariwal submitted a request to the state government committee that these assets should be converted for building a residential complex. According to the rules, any construction work in this reserve area will be illegal.
Even so, the then Chief Minister Siddaramaiah denotified the property earmarked by the Bengaluru Development Authority for a public use park worth at least 200 crore rupees in Siddhapur Barangay under the influence of a private builder named Ashok Dhariwal.
Crores of Rs. A complaint has also been filed against the then BDA Commissioner Shyam Bhatt, who was involved in the denotification of valuable government assets. Ramesh has demanded that the case be immediately handed over to the CID for investigation.
